the correct answer is “A”. It might have been “C”, except for the cleverly disguised trick modifier… -islamist-.
Now if “C” had actually read; “Letting nutjobs get nuclear weapons.” then I’d have to agree. btw, I have filed with the AEC to place a Toshiba SSSS device on-site.

I don’t know what modifier to “nutjob” would make it safe for one to have nukes but, now that I think about it, “Islamist” pretty much implies “nutjob” so there’s some redundancy there.
